Back and Spine Course
In these courses we teach you exercises and give you information to reduce or prevent back pain. With age-related wear and tear, muscles become more and more important to support the spine. Therefore, the common goal is to strengthen the relevant muscles and to relieve the spine. Based on your individual requirements we create regular exercises and raise awareness of back friendly posture in everyday life.
These courses are especially sensible to do before complaints occur. Unfortunately, many patients only get the idea to take these courses when back pains are present. Whether the back courses are applicable in this stage uses, depends to a large extent on the present complaints. The aim is then to create a suitable program of back exercises with which you can independently continue working towards your goals.
